EMPLOYEE PROFILES

Keystone Real Estate Group is a property management company that specializes in commercial real estate in the State College and central Pennsylvania area. Founded in 1977, Keystone has grown continuously over the past 25 years. Our residential management portfolio has 2,239 units; 325,000 square feet of office and 425,000 square feet of retail space; and $30,000,000 listed for sale in commercial brokerage.

Keystone is much more than just bricks and mortar and numbers. Our 88 employees are respected, cared for, trained, and treated with the same attention we give to our property owners and tenants. Employees of our commercial brokerage are active in various community organizations such as The Second Mile, Friends Fitness Program, The Chamber of Business and Industry of Centre County, student mentoring (Penn State), Cub Scouts, Toys for Tots, The Fathering Initiative, Nittany Valley Symphony, among others.

Bruce K. Heim
Chairman

Bruce has been in both the Who's Who of Commercial and Investment Real Estate and Who's Who in Eastern United States. Bruce is a Certified Commercial and Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors (CCIM) and also a certified Property Manager (CPM). He has been an instructor on the main campus of Penn State University. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United State Military Academy and a Master in Business Administration in Insurance and Real Estate from Penn State University. He is a veteran of Vietnam, having served with the 101st Airborne Division.  

Michael "Mick" G. Trombley, Esq.
President


Mick is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. His undergraduate work was performed at East Stroudsburg University and he graduated Law School from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. After Law School, Mick worked for the Law Firm of Friedman and Friedman in downtown Pittsburgh, specializing in Business and Real Estate Law. Mick has been working with Keystone Real Estate Group for over 15 years in various corporate and brokerage capacities. He is also a Certified Commercial and Investment Member (CCIM). He has been a guest instructor for both undergraduate and graduate-level courses in the Real Estate Department at Penn State University.   

Mary E. Frantz
Chief Operating Officer

Mary is experienced in all phases of residential property management and has been involved in property management in State College for twenty-nine years. During that time she has supervised the major renovation of many large apartment complexes. She holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is an Associate Real Estate Broker and a Certified Commercial Investment Manager.

Keith received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University, majoring in Accounting. He worked for a Fortune 500 Company and also worked in public accounting prior to joining Keystone Real Estate Group, L.P. in 1992. Keith is a licensed real estate sales person as well as a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Heather has been an active licensed REALTOR for 14 years. She is well versed in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate Management. She attended Slippery Rock University, and Dubois Business College. She has attended numerous continuing education courses and has held various positions throughout the company including Residential Property Manager, Commercial Property Manager, Human Resource Manager; she was also instrumental in developing the Quality Control Committee. Most recently, Heather was named Vice President of the Commercial Division, focusing on retail and office Leasing/Management. Heather has overseen numerous build out and Capital Improvement projects. Heather received certification from Quadel for Tax Credit training, and is a licensed Notary. She has been with Keystone Real Estate Group for nine years, has three children and is involved in numerous community events in her free time.

Tom holds a Master's of Management in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate Law from Willamette University and a Bachelor's of Science in Economics from Penn State University. He applied this knowledge professionally for Merrill Lynch, where he received experience in portfolio and cash management for businesses and real estate development companies before he joined Keystone Real Estate Group, L.P.He represents our clients' properties at the International Council for Shopping Centers' Spring Convention and is currently active with the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute as a Certified Commercial Investment Member Candidate.   

Alice V. Clark, REALTOR®

Alice received her Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Penn State University and did doctoral work in Communications from the same institution. Prior to joining Keystone Real Estate Group, L.P. in 2002, Alice was the Vice President of Membership & Marketing at the Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County (PA). She also was the Executive Director of Heritage I, an association of business leaders who have a vested interest in the real estate community. Prior to those two positions, she held management positions at Penn State University (Executive Programs in the College of Business Administration and Office of University Development.) Alice is a highly experienced Pennsylvania commercial realtor and is currently a candidate for the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation.   

Rex Moore
Rex graduated from Penn State's University Park Campus with a BS in Accounting.  He has worked for publicly held companies prior to his employment with Keystone Real Estate Group in 1999.     

Glenn Miller
Glenn is a graduate of Universal Tech.  He has 23 years of experience in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC).  Glenn has been with Keystone Real Estate Group for over 23 years and is currently the Maintenance Coordinator.
